Once your order information is received, we will process the order:

(2)Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.
(3)Check your shipping address.
(4)Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.
(5)If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This will may delay shipment.

Change Of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@monulo.com
Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
Wrong Address
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer and is returned by the carrier, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. Once Monulo receives the returned item, the product cost will be refunded minus shipping costs. Monulo will contact you upon receiving the returned item to inform you accordingly.
What happens after I place an order
You’ll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don’t see it in your inbox. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please email support@monulo.com or call us at +1 6803869820. with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received” and someone from our team will get in touch with you.
How do I check the status of my order
Simply track your order using the tracking number we provide you through email. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email support@monulo.com or call us at +1 6803869820. and we will assist you from there.
Refused shipments
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to stop the delivery. If you choose to refuse the package, a fee of 30%–50% of the order amount will be charged to cover storage, handling, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find that the package is damaged during transit, please take photos after receiving it and send them to our customer service as proof. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours on business days. Please remember to check your inbox and spam folder for our reply.
