Steps	Details
1 - 2	Pass the lamp pole wire through the other lamp pole joint, insert it firmly, then lock the screw with a wrench, adjust the direction properly and fasten it
3	Thread the two groups of wires through the iron pipe, then screw the iron pipe onto the lamp pole and tighten it
4 - 5	Pass the wire through the wall box, gasket, washer, ground wire and nut in sequence, and tighten the nut with a wrench
6 - 7	Fix the hanging plate on the electrical box with screws
8	Connect the wire to the main power line with a terminal block
9	Fix the wall box on the hanging plate with straight knurled inserts

Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, our China logistics facility is closed for the pre-sale period during which we are running the pre-sale. Orders are eligible for exclusive pre-sale discounts. However, your order will be processed from the end of the pre-sale period and shipped from March 16.

Pre-order is your chance to purchase selected products while our factory is on holiday. This means that the item is still in production when ordered and will not be immediately available in our warehouse. After running the checkout, it is important to verify that the product is pre-ordered. Delivery times for pre-orders may vary.

What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?

The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they are physically available in stock.

When a delay occurs and why?

The products of our collection are exclusive. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although mistakes may occur.

Can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

Absolutely yes! You can:

- Create two distinct orders: one including items available in stock and the other including items in pre-order. The one including available items will be dispatched in accordance with our shipping times policy.

- Place a combined order and wait for the items in pre-order to arrive. In this case, the whole order will be hold and dispatched entirely.

Can I cancel a pre-order item?

You can cancel your order. Please see the Returns & Refunds Policy for details on the policy for canceling your order.

Can I amend my order?

Yes! You can change your order information (such as colors, dimensions, shipping address, telephone number) within 24 hours. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.

When will I receive my pre-order?
